VARIOUS VACANCIES AT THE TATA INSTITUTE OF FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH

The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research is a National Centre of the Govt. of India, under the Department of Atomic Energy, as well as a deemed University awarding degrees for master's and doctoral programs, invites applications for the following positions in the prescribed format.

Post1: Administrative Officer `C’ [Legal] (01 Vacancy)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of experience.

Post2: Project Scientific Officer `B’ (01 Vacancy)

Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics OR BE/ B. Tech. in   Electronics/Telecommunication with at least 60% marks and 1-2 years of experience in design, development and fabrication of analog and digital circuits and systems.

Post3: Scientific Assistant `B’ (01 Vacancy)

Qualification: S.S.C./ H.S.C. and Diploma in Computer Applications/ Computer Engineering/ IT with at least 60% marks OR B.Sc. (IT)/ B.Sc. in Computer Science with at least 60% marks and 0-2 years of experience in system administration, networking, web designing and programming.

Post4: Laboratory Attendant (01 Vacancy)

Qualification:

• S.S.C. or equivalent and 2 years ITI (National Trade Certificate) in the trade of Electronics with at least 60% marks OR three years NCTVT (National Apprenticeship Certificate) in the trade of Electronics with at least 60% marks.
• 1-2 years of experience in wiring of electronic circuits, checking and testing of electronic circuits and making of PCB layouts.
