Indian Council of Medical Research [ICMR] had been redesignated from Indian Research Fund Association [IRFA] in 1949. The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) New Delhi is the apex body in India for the formulation, coordination and promotion of biomedical research, is one of the oldest medical research bodies in the world. The ICMR is funded by the Government of India through the Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The Council's research priorities coincide with the National health priorities such as control and management of communicable diseases, fertility control, maternal and child health.
Eligible Candidates are invited by ICMR to attend a walk in Interview on 15th June, 2013, for purely temporary post of Computer Programmer (Technical Officer- A).

Qualification: First Class Master’s Degree in Computer Science (MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
