The objective behind setting up of the Institute is to generate and create a pool of continuously upgraded skilled set of knowledge with special thrust on construction, Operation and Maintenance of Hydro Power stations.

Qualification: Masters` degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent and 3 years of experience as Section Officer/Superintendent or an equivalent position.
Post2: Accountant (01 Vacancy)
Qualification: B.Com. with at least 55% marks and minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Section.
Post3: Technical Assistant
Qualification: Diploma in Engineering approved by DTE, Uttarakhand or equivalent with minimum 55% marks in relevant discipline.
