• For Sr. No.3: MD/ PG Diploma in Medicine/ Pediatrics / Microbiology/ Pathology/ Virology
• For Sr. No.4: M.V.Sc. or B.V.Sc. & AH + 2 years exp
• For Sr. No.5: B.Sc. and DMRT/ DMLT (X-ray Technology) + 2 years exp
