Qualification: Pass Higher Secondary Examination and should have shorthand speed of 120 wpm & typewriting speed of 30 wpm. Age of the candidates should not be more than 32 years as on 01/01/16, relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ ST candidates of West Bengal is by 5 years.
