Qualification: First class Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in Highway and/ or Structural Engineering OR 2 years experience in the field of survey, estimation, design, report preparation etc of assignments related to Ports, Inland Water Resources. Age of the candidates should not be more than 30 years as on 01/10/15.
