Air India Air Transport Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Air India Limited, intends to recruit Customer Agents and Senior Customer Agents through walk in interview and group discussion. All the positions are contractual basis.

Post1: Customer Agent (80 Vacancies)

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with 5 years of working experience as customer agent, knowledge of basic computer operation and proficiency in English language is essential.

Post2: Senior Customer Agent (20 Vacancies)

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline with knowledge of basic computer operation, proficiency in English language is essential.
