National Aluminium Company Limited [NALCO] was incorporated in the year 1981 as a public sector enterprise of Govt. of India. NALCO is a Navratna Company, it is largest integrated Alumina – Aluminium complex of Asia. NALCO intends to engage four industrial trainees in HR through walk in interview.

Qualification: Any Graduate with PG Diploma in Personal Management/ Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ HRD/ HRM or MBA with specialization in Personal Management/ IR/ HRD/ HRM.

Age Limit: Not more than 28 years for GEN, 30 years for OBC and 33 years for SC/ ST as on 31/05/14.

Salary: Rs.10,200/- per month (consolidated).
