L.R.S. Institute Of Tuberculosis & Respiratory Disease is a autonomous institute under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. LRS TB Hospital was established by TB Association of India in 1952. The institute was upgraded into an autonomous institute in 1991 by Govt. of India. The institute was renamed to its present name L.R.S. Institute Of Tuberculosis & Respiratory Disease. The institute is registered as a society under society registration act.

Qualification: PG degree in any Medical Specialty with 3 year post qualification experience.
Post2: Medical Officer (01 Vacancy)
Qualification: A medical Qualification included in the I or II schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956. (Persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Act) with experience in TB control Programme.
