VACANCIES FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINEES HRM, ASSISTANT HR AT STATE FARMS CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED

State Farms Corporation of India Limited (SFCI) established in 1969 at Thar desert in Rajasthan. It is under the administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture, Dept. of Agriculture & Cooperation. Horticulture is one of the major activities of SFCI in addition to production and vegetable crops. World Bank has recognized SFCI as a consultant in the field of farm development in l975.

State Farms Corporation of India Limited invites applications from Indian nationals for the following positions on direct recruitment basis.

Post1: Asst. General Manager [Marketing] / Manager [Marketing] (02 vacancies)

Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri) with MBA in Marketing/ Agri. Business Management OR M.Sc. (Agri.) with at least 60% marks and 6-8 years of experience.

Post2: Management Trainee [HRM] (03 vacancies)

Qualification: PG degree/ diploma in PM/ IR/ Labour Welfare/ HRM or MBA in HRM with at least 60% marks.

Post3: Assistant [HR] Grade I (04 vacancies)

Qualification: BBA/ BCA/ BA (PM) with minimum 55% marks and 2 years of experience OR Graduate with minimum 55% marks plus PG Diploma in PM/ IR/ HRM and 5 years of experience.
