It operates and owns 5 integrated steel plants at Rourkela, Bhilai, Durgapur, Bokaro and Burnpur.

Post1: Mining Foreman (13 Vacancies)
Qualification: Matriculation with Diploma in Mining along with Mining Foreman`s Certificate of Competency.
Post2: Mining Mate (34 Vacancies)
Qualification: Matriculation along with Mining Mate`s Certificate of Competency.
Age limit: Not more than 28 years for UR, 31 years for OBC and 33 years for SC/ ST candidates.
Place of postings: Different Mines of Jharkhand, Orissa and Madhya Pradesh.
