- Junior Resident [Obstetrics & Gynecology] – MBBS
- Medical Officer [Obstetrics & Gynecology/ Pediatrics] – MD/ DNB/ DGO or MBBS + 3 years exp
- Research officer – MD/ DNB/ DGO or MBBS + 3 years exp
- Bio-Repository Supervisor – PG in Biotechnology or Graduate in Biotechnology + 2 years exp
- Manager [Clinical Data Manager] – Graduate + 10 years exp
- Data Manager – Graduate + DCA + 5 years exp
- Data Entry Operator – Graduate + 2 years exp
- Study Nurse – Diploma in GNM or B.Sc. in Nursing
- Technician – Matriculation + 3 years exp or 12th + 1 year exp or B.Sc. in MLT or DMLT
- Lab Attendant – 10th + 3 years exp or 12th + 1 year exp
